Frames and Forks

• The frame and forks of the CGH are of a welded steel structure, with heavy reinforcing at high load point areas.
• Rounded tapered fork ends minimize damage at pallet entry.
• Pallet entry and exit rollers allow easy pallet entry/exit with minimum damage.
• All bearing points easily accessible for ease of maintenance and lubrication.

General

• Totally enclosed bearings prevent dirt engress and ensures long service life.
• Steel drawbar with protected handle for strength and safety.
• Pivot mounted steer wheels ensure high stability on uneven surfaces.
• 210 degree steer handle arc enables easy maneuvering in confined areas.
• Large 180 mm polyurethane steer wheels for long life and improved stability.
• Single polyurethane load wheels as standard.

Drawbar and Control Handle

• Manufactured from steel for extra strength, with a closed loop design control handle, the drawbar gives perfect control and protection for the operator’s hands in restricted areas.  The covered handle gives a “warm feel” ensuring positive control in all environments.
• Three position hydraulic control - Lifting  -  Neutral  -  Lowering mounted inside the control handle on the right hand side allows pumping at the most convenient angle for the operator and free handle when the truck is moving.

Hydraulics

• Heavy duty robust design with hard chrome-plated pistons with overload safety device.
• “Single point service” easily replaceable hydraulic unit with easy access.
